CSR: Customer Service Representatives (Counter Person) The primary responsibility of the CSR is to help the customer. Taking phone orders, explaining specials and side items, ringing the sale into the cash register, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean lobby are the primary tasks required. CSR's must be completely knowledgeable of all menu items, coupons, and specials offered. CSR's will also be required to: prep all items on the prep build-to sheet, wash dishes, and clean the store. |
